Do product picture shows genuine product?

We do our own shoots and display only our genuine products. These products are manufactured and stitched in our own factory. We do not believe in showing pictures of other Brands to mislead our customers. However, the actual colours you see will depend on your mobile phone/ computer or laptop display quality.

How can I contact for faulted product delivered complaint?

We do care about our customers, and we will solve any issue with faulty items straightaway.


As soon as you discover a fault, please contact our Customer Care team with the following details:

  • The order number
  • The faulty item’s name and number
  • A description of the fault (along with the pictures)

We’ll get back to you within 24 hours, and once the details have been verified, we will send you a replacement item as soon as possible
